Private en-suite Room @ Liverpool street, Brick Ln

The lesson is: you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I booked this as nonrefundable otherwise I would have changed. After a friend mentioned that while the neighborhood was fine the road the property sat on was very busy, I tried several times to contact the host but never got a response. All I was asking was for the availability of alternate rooms. No response. I was led to expect, on the VRBO site somewhere, that access instructions would be sent 3 days prior to stay. Nothing came. I tried to contact the host but no response. Called the host who said they send those out at 2 days before. At one day prior I had to engage with VRBO staff who contacted host who said they don't send out until 1 day prior. Finally received instructions. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops. Staff implied to me that this property was offered by a property management company. Don't know if that was true.Horribly written access instructions; had to contact host.My friend was right: the road was EXTREMELY noisy and I later learned it sits on the road to a hospital. Sirens about twice an hour in addition to the normal heavy road traffic and pedestrian passers-by. Inside, the unit was passable with following exceptions: portable fan unusable with broken legs and clanking metal parts; a shower that worked but even after looking up online manual I could never get a desirable shower, but maybe that's just my ineptitude. Never figured out how to operate a set of lights.

Positive: Nada. El lugar es horrible, nada que ver con las fotos. Las imágenes estan editadas con inteligencia artificial. Negative: Es una estafa este sitio. No alquile nadie aca y además dejaré en Google otra reseña con video para ver lo que es realmente. El colchón, sabanas, armario, la television, la ducha, baño, las cortinas, todo un desastre

Delusa Positive: La posizione Negative: Sono rimasta molto delusa. La stanza non era come nelle foto ed era in pessime condizioni igieniche: letto pieno di peli, lenzuola e cuscino sporchi e nessun ventilatore. Dopo le mie lamentele hanno portato un ventilatore e cambiato le lenzuola, ma per tutte e cinque le notti la stanza non è mai stata pulita né sono state cambiate nuovamente le lenzuola
