Positive: The location was very good and the communication with the host was also very good. Negative: The room was smaller than expected but still good value for money.

Only needed for a bed and couldn’t even provide that Positive: Good area. Close to underground Negative: Bed was broken which made it awful to sleep on and couldn’t sleep on it properly. This led to arguments between me and my partner. Table had dents/holes. Second blind had holes in it. Two heaters in the room that weren’t needed but no fan during heat wave. One coat hanger in wardrobe. Shower wouldn’t stay hot on the second day and wouldn’t drain properly during stay. Stairs were a bit of a pain with luggage and in the heat.

Positive: Location and security. Host was communicative. Negative: The advertised photos are not accurate. See photos attached. Issues we encountered: - Mattress and bed frame were broken. - Window curtain is torn. - Shower overflows every time you use it. - Mattress springs could be felt. In addition we arrived during a heatwave and the room became an absolute hot box. We messaged the host about a fan and the reply was that “all the fans are occupied”. Eventually after an unbearable day we contacted the host again and they provided a fan and changed the mattress (the mattress was still sagged and springs could be felt). My partner and I are budget travellers but this was next level terrible. Not worth the price.

Good locatipn bit very basic accomodation Positive: Location was very good near lots of food outlets/ pubs etc. Basic but reasonable value for money. Negative: No contact via email so unable to access property on arrival. Owner wss contacted by neighbour and did arrive quickly. He mentioned whats app. In terms of contact with him . No use to us as not on whats app and only gave email details. on booking.. Room is up 52 steps so be vary if older and have heavy bags( like we did) Tv went on and off and was not usable. Only one chair in room so hard for a couple to use the table.
