Good location and nice staff, but poor apt quality and super small for two people Positive: The property is in a handy location, 5 mins walk from Liverpool street station. Negative: The flat doesn’t look like the photo: these photos are outdated because the flat is way worse. The wardrobe has just one door, the curtains are all stained and sticky, the wall behind the sofa is all stained and dirty. In the bathroom, there’s no hanger for any serviette and the water pressure is ridiculous (if you turn on the tap, there’s no water in the shower and viceversa), the shower is electric and the temperature is either scalding or freezing cold, when you seat on the wc your legs are IN the shower.

Good for a good overnight stay Positive: Location was good Negative: The sofa bed was a headache to put together.

Booking.com should really consider if such property should be promoted by them. Negative: • Day and night difference between photos published on Booking.com website. Actual pics and videos are attached – there is no comparison on what was committed vs. actual. • Key pick up not made clear ahead of time. we spent an hour waiting at the door. • Wardrobe mirror almost falling – can seriously hurt someone. • Internet buffers every minute cutting down/slowing connection. • Toaster stopped working • Kitchen floor tiles are broken. • Absolutely no rods in bathroom. • Ceiling light in bathroom doesn’t work, make shift floor lamp provided which does not give proper lighting. Bathroom ceiling damaged. • TV not working, no instructions on how to make it work • Plug points provided crudely. • Overly sensitive fire alarm, keeps going off on its own. • We were shocked to find there is no lift, so had to carry heavy bags ourselves by stairs. • Promised to send staff to fix these emergency issues, but did not show up that day. • Old oven, micro, washing machine – all took very long time to do their functions.
