Booking.com should really consider if such property should be promoted by them. Negative: • Day and night difference between photos published on Booking.com website. Actual pics and videos are attached – there is no comparison on what was committed vs. actual. • Key pick up not made clear ahead of time. we spent an hour waiting at the door. • Wardrobe mirror almost falling – can seriously hurt someone. • Internet buffers every minute cutting down/slowing connection. • Toaster stopped working • Kitchen floor tiles are broken. • Absolutely no rods in bathroom. • Ceiling light in bathroom doesn’t work, make shift floor lamp provided which does not give proper lighting. Bathroom ceiling damaged. • TV not working, no instructions on how to make it work • Plug points provided crudely. • Overly sensitive fire alarm, keeps going off on its own. • We were shocked to find there is no lift, so had to carry heavy bags ourselves by stairs. • Promised to send staff to fix these emergency issues, but did not show up that day. • Old oven, micro, washing machine – all took very long time to do their functions. Studio avec de beaux atouts mais que son propriétaire doit mieux entretenir Positive: Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement dans un quartier animé, à 10 min de la gare de Liverpool street qui dessert l'aéroport de Stansted et permet la connection avec d'importantes lignes de metro, avec une offre très diversifiée de restaurants populaires et de pubs parmi les plus anciens. Negative: Le studio serait parfait si le propriétaire voulait bien consacrer un peu plus de soin a l'aménagement et à la propreté. Il faudrait prioritairement améliorer la salle de bain qui n'est pas très nette avec des joints du carrelage noircis dans la douche, un lavado reduit à un lave-main, pas de quoi ranger les serviettes mouillees. La literie est correcte sans plus car les deux matelas superposés glissent l'un sur l'autre. L'investissement est indispensable et serait vite rentabilisé car les avis seraient alors tous positifs !

Positive: Logement fonctionnel, proche de la gare de Liverpool Street Idéal pour visiter Londres sans se ruiner.
